Variety is the spice of life! That's why we are always looking for ways to freshen up our Clients' pantries. Now there's a way for you to explore product suggestions- whether it's swapping for a healthier choice, a bulk option, a less expensive alternative, or just wanting to try something new.
In the past, this required a lot of searching in our Marketplace or trading emails back and forth for recommendations. But now, with the power of AI and the creativity of Crafty's tech team, Crafty clients can see suggested products with a simple click!
🪄 Introducing: AI-Powered Product Suggestions
On the Crafty platform, navigate to "My Products" to take our beta experience for a spin. Once our AI agent takes a quick think to understand more about your unique office's tastes and preferences using historical data, you can ask it to generate suggested products swaps for any item in your pantry! Not loving the suggestions? Nudge it in a different direction like "healthier" or "cheaper"- the possibilities are endless.

During this Beta period, please reach out to your Location Manager via a support ticket about initiating the swap to your suggestions. Good news: We are currently working on enabling swapping in the platform for most locations!
