This feature streamlines your budgeting process by consolidating key financial metrics into one visual dashboard. It’s ideal for quickly spotting overspend, underutilized budgets, and making informed decisions.

How do I use Budget Comparison View?

  • Select a budget group from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

  • Use the date picker to view a range of up to 6 months.

  • Click the download icon to export data as a PDF or Excel file.

  • Click “View more details” for advanced customization and deeper insights.

On the Comparison Page

  • Customize your date range to narrow down to specific timeframes.

  • Compare up to 4 budgets—across any budget groups.

  • Analyze Product Spend, Labor Spend, Equipment Fees, and Management Fees via interactive graphs and tables.

  • Export the data again using the download icon for easy sharing.
