View multiple budgets, review spend, and remaining balance with ease.
Navigating the Budget Comparison View
The Budget Comparison lets you view multiple office kitchen and pantry budgets simultaneously to compare spend, budget, and remaining balances! At the top, you can select a budget group from the dropdown menu. Each budget under that group will then populate the graph.
Adjust the dates you want to view at the top; the date range is restricted to a 6-month view. The download icon above the date select will allow you to download all the data on this view in a .pdf or Excel sheet to make sharing easy.
If you need to customize dates or see a more detailed breakdown of each category's spend vs. budget, click the "View more details" link.
Comparison Page
After clicking "View more details" on the Comparison view, you will be taken to a page to fully customize date ranges to select more specific timeframes. Select up to 4 budgets on this page to compare, as you do not need to select budgets within the same budget group!
You can also directly compare Product Spend, Labor Spend, Equipment Fees, and Management Fees across all budgets selected on the bottom graph and table. Lastly, The download icon above the date selected will allow you to download all the data on this view in a .pdf or Excel sheet.
