Crafty in a Box is essentially the Crafty experience shipped to you! Curate an amazing mix of office snacks, coffee and beyond, and ship it to wherever your employees are.

Whether you're ordering for a small office or wanting to send a treat to remote employees, you can get these customized snack boxes shipped across North America. Learn more about Crafty's snack box program and unlock the answers to the most frequently asked questions below. 

What are the types of boxes? What do you get?

We offer a variety of curated employee gift boxes and individual items for employees ranging from snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, at-home essentials, and more. Employees can receive these items in two ways: 

  • Curated Boxes & Crates: Employers can send out one of Crafty's curated care packages to their employees. Our curated snack box options contain around 10 snacks, and our curated crates contain around 75 snacks with options for a variety of dietary preferences. 
  • Crafty Credits: Employers can send their employees Crafty credits to redeem on the Crafty in a Box website. Employees can personalize their box with their favorite office snacks and drinks or select one of the curated options noted above. 

Do you ship products in bulk? I want to provide food and beverages for my whole office. 

We do! Our store has a wide selection of bulk office snacks and drinks ready to ship by the case.

What other offerings besides food and beverages do you offer?

We partner with great companies that provide anything ranging from office tech, coffee, at-home essentials, and that much-deserved cocktail kit after a busy day!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada and Mexico for an additional charge. Once you have the address(es), we’ll gladly provide a shipping quote.

Do you ship alcohol?

We currently do not ship alcohol.

Can you do custom orders?

When will my box arrive?

Your box should arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering. If it’s been longer than that, you can contact our support team and we’ll get right on the case!

If you have ordered anything from our “Work From Home Essentials” section, it comes from our lovely partners and their fulfillment operations. If you have any questions about those orders, feel free to reach out to us and we can check in with them!

My favorite snack is sold out! When can I expect its triumphant return?

The supply chain can be tricky, so we don’t always know when to get more products if there’s a shortage. If you’re really jonesin’ for something, feel free to reach out at carepackages@craftydelivers.com and ask us for a date range. We will get you the most up-to-date information we can find!

Can I swap out products inside a Crafty Crate to accommodate taste and allergy preferences?

Unfortunately, we cannot substitute the curated crates to accommodate allergies. We know this is a bummer and are working on it. In the meantime, you can order individual gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan boxes in addition to your Crate order. This way, you can make sure everyone is able to snack! 

My discount code isn’t working. Can you fix it so I can get my precious snacks?

Oh no! We firmly believe that nothing should stand in the way of you and your snacks. The most common issue when it comes to codes not working is the email address. Ensure you are using the correct email to which the code was assigned. In many cases, it’s work vs. personal email problem. If that is not the case, email us at carepackages@craftydelivers.com, and we’ll get on it ASAP!
