Crafty in a Box is our program for shipping curated snack boxes and gift sets to employees. It includes:

We can ship boxes across the U.S. (Extra shipping fees may apply for AK and HI)

Send credits so employees can personalize their box by selecting their favorite snacks and drinks from box.craftydelivers.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it ships by emailing us at Support@craftydelivers.com.
What’s the expected delivery timeline?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. For crates, Midwest and East Coast orders take ~2–3 days; West Coast deliveries take ~5–7 days.
How do I track my box?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your box ships.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Can I get a refund or return an item?
Items that are damaged, expired, unopened, or unwanted can be returned for a refund.
Do you accommodate allergy preferences?
We don’t customize crates, but we offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan box options to ensure everyone can snack safely.
