The Staples + Crafty Partnership brings the convenience, product variety, and nationwide reach of Staples directly into the Crafty Platform. This means you can purchase office essentials, breakroom supplies, cleaning products, and more without juggling multiple vendors or invoices.

By integrating Staples into the Crafty Marketplace, you get:

  • One login

  • One marketplace

  • One invoice

  • Centralized visibility of spend and consumption

 

 

What types of office supplies are available?

The Staples + Crafty Partnership has expanded the Crafty product catalog beyond food and beverage to include a full range of office supplies nationwide. Now, you can order everything your workplace needs without leaving the Crafty Platform.

  • Desk essentials: Pens, notepads, sticky notes, highlighters

  • Printing supplies: Printer paper, ink cartridges, toner

  • Organization tools: Binders, folders, storage boxes

  • Breakroom & cleaning products: Coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels

  • Facility items: Batteries, light bulbs, first-aid supplies

These can be ordered alongside your regular Crafty items, so you can restock the entire workplace from one platform.

How does ordering Staples products work?

  • If you have Concierge service:

    • Ordering: You can Staples products to individual orders a la carte or add them to your inventory center so they can be auto-ordered when stock levels drop.

    • Stocking: Your Crafty team will receive the delivery, if it arrives during their scheduled time, and restock those products during their shift. 

  • If you have Delivery PLUS service

    • Ordering: You can place Staples orders directly through the Crafty Marketplace at any time.

    • Stocking: Staples will ship your order directly to your office. Your team will be responsible for receiving and storing the delivery. Your Crafty team can restock that item when they arrive for a scheduled visit, or you can self-restock at any time. 

  • If you have Drop & Go service

    • Ordering: You can place Staples orders directly through the Crafty Marketplace at any time.

      Fulfillment: Staples will ship your order directly to your office. Your team will be responsible for receiving, storing, and restocking those items.

 

How do I order Staples products inside the Crafty Platform?

  1. Log in to the Crafty Platform.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace.

  3. Select Staples Advantage on the left menu, or you can browse all products and items that are staples will say: Delivered via Staples Advantage. 

  4. Add products to your cart.

  5. Choose your preferred delivery date (often as soon as the next day).

  6. Complete checkout—orders over $65 ship free.

Pro tip: You can modify your order before it processes if you need to add items after checkout.

Yes, all service levels, such as Concierge, Delivery+, and Drop & Go, can access Staples products in the Crafty Marketplace.

Will I get a separate invoice from Staples?
All orders, including Staples purchases, appear on your consolidated Crafty invoice. You can choose exactly how you want these purchases to show up by selecting the payment profile for each order. This can be set at the city, location, or even floor level, ensuring the charges are allocated exactly where you need them. You can also choose to pay by credit card if that’s your preferred method.

What if my Staples order is damaged or incomplete?
