🪄 We now have a brand new, automated workflow that will allow our Clients, Crafty Team, and Fulfillment Partners to work on ANY order with ease, together.

You will no longer need to email someone from the Crafty team with “URGENT- ADD MILK,” or send a support ticket with “add Milk to my order.”

Now, we have handed over the keys to YOU! 🙌

How Can I Edit an Order?

Improved Ability to View an Editable Order

🔓 We’re unlocking the ability to view an order that is editable for any user, so YOU can make any ad-hoc adjustments, as needed, directly from the Orders page.

Simply navigate to the Orders tab and choose an order with the "editable" label to get started!

Ability to Search & Add a Product to an Order

🛒 Want to add a product? You can adjust quantities for any existing products, or search for a product, and add it to cart, as well!

Quickly add/remove a product from the EXISTING product list within the Orders tab by hitting +, - or TRASH

Quickly search for any new products to add to the order using the “add products” button

FAQs:

Can I adjust quantities on a given order?

Yes! Simply use the +/- buttons to add more or less of a product to an order with ease!

What products can I add to an order? Does the Product need to be in my Inventory Center? 

You can add any product that is available and in-stock in your market. Simply search for the product you'd like and add it to the order. While we try our best to only show in-stock products, fulfillment is not guaranteed."

Is searching the only way to add a product? 

For now, yes.

We do plan to add in product recommendations soon (Ex. "Buy again" "Popular in Chicago" and more)!

How long do I have to "edit" an order? 

Orders become locked for editing in the afternoon so that we can fulfill them, so make sure to make your edits promptly!

Your order cutoff time (and date) will be annotated on the order itself!

Orders Due TODAY: 

- If your order is due today, the time will be also displayed on the Order Card at a glance (Ex. "Edit by 3:30pm").

Orders Due in the FUTURE: 

- If your order is NOT due today, you can select your order and see the details annotated (Ex. "Edit by December 10th at 3:30pm"). 

 

Will out-of-stock products be “orderable?”

No! Similar to the Marketplace logic in place, you will see an “unavailable” badge on the product.

What if I need to make an edit after the time allotted?

Simply navigate to the Support tab of the Platform and reach out to a Team Member using the submit a ticket feature. 

Will budget considerations be added to this page?

Coming soon! We plan to ensure you have visibility into order budget targets per order! 

Can I subscribe to alerts (ex. emails on when edits can be made)?

Alerts will NOT be present in December, but we plan to have this enhancement out in January for general use when it is launched with a full go-to-market push!

Who is allowed to edit an order?

For December, only Beta users (like yourself) and Crafty Team Members will be able to edit an order.

Starting in January, ANY user will be able to edit an order via the Client Platform and even collaborate within a team!

Where can I view edits being made?

Coming soon! We plan to incorporate an Activity Feed to capture all events/changes made by a Client.

What else can I expect in January 2025?

Even more features will be ready to round out this experience & keep things exciting for our users!

  • A Client- facing Activity Feed showing products removed and added
  • Reliability “tags” for products to show low/high reliability
