⚡️Proof of Delivery transparently shows our Clients that their delivery has safely arrived at their location from an order placed.
In the same way, stores let you know you have a new package 📦 at your doorstep, or food delivery apps let you know your dinner has safely arrived 🥗, we want our clients to know when their special office snacks are delivered and which parts of their orders have been fulfilled 😋!

You can find Proof of Delivery submissions on the dashboard!
Once you've submitted POD, the order status will update to "delivered" on the dashboard. The Proof of Delivery PDF will be available for viewing once a status has been updated on the "Individual Order Details" sidebar. A new status column will appear, showing you if the order has been "delivered" or "not delivered."
"Dashboard" > "Orders" > Select Order > "Delivered"
If the Delivery link is not active, no Proof of Delivery photo is available.
