The Operations Overview in the Crafty Platform provides a streamlined way to manage and monitor all your locations with complete visibility into your office food service operations. Whether you’re managing a single office or multiple locations, this feature gives you real-time insights into shifts, tasks, and overall service performance across all your sites.
Accessing the Operations Overview
- In the sidebar, click on Operations
- Use the Location dropdown at the top to filter by location.
Snapshots
- Priority Task Completion: View completion rates for priority tasks over the last 7 days, with comparisons to the previous week.
- Your Satisfaction: Rate service daily with thumbs up/thumbs down.
- Support Tickets: Track submitted and resolved support tickets with a link to view more details.
Location Breakdown
- Click on the location of your choice to explore all the tasks that have been or will be completed.
- Next to each task you'll see a status to let you know what has and has not been completed.
- If the status is marked as complete, you'll likely see a photo of the finished task.
- Click on the photo to see it larger.
