What is the Billing section?
The Billing section of the Crafty Platform helps you organize, process, and track invoices tied to your office food service program. It’s designed to simplify budget management across multiple teams, locations, and service types.
How does the Billing section save me time and maximize every dollar?
Crafty’s billing tools consolidate invoicing across your programs and automate delivery, so you can spend less time tracking down financials and more time making strategic decisions. Grouping invoices by location or program also ensures greater clarity and alignment with internal budgets.
How do I use the Billing section?
You’ll manage your invoicing through Payment Profiles, which are customizable to match your unique organizational structure. Each Payment Profile includes:
- Billing Cadence: Choose how often you receive invoices (weekly or monthly).
- Payment Terms: Clients under contract may be eligible for custom payment terms.
- PO or Charge Code: Optionally assign a purchase order number or charge code to all invoices in the profile.
When your Payment Profile is invoiced, you’ll receive a Group Invoice that:
- Lists all orders in chronological order.
- Summarizes total spend by category.
- Breaks down each delivery with detailed items, pricing, and order info.

Can I change the billing address or PO number?
Yes. Please email Support@craftydelivers.com to update details before an invoice is finalized.
What if I notice a duplicate charge?
Contact Support immediately and we’ll investigate and issue a refund if needed.
