This feature allows you to update your payment method—like credit card or invoice details—within the Crafty Platform. It’s the fastest way to ensure uninterrupted service and billing accuracy.

Updating your details directly in the Crafty Platform saves you from back-and-forth emails and delays in billing. It keeps your account current without needing to contact Support.

How do I update my payment info?

Follow these steps to update your credit card or invoice information:

  • Log in to the Crafty Platform at craftydelivers.com.

  • Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

  • Under Payment Profiles, click the three dots next to the profile you'd like to update.

  • Select Edit and enter your new payment details.

  • Click Submit to save changes.
