Need something you don’t see in your Crafty selection? You can request a new pantry or office kitchen product directly through the Crafty Platform.
How to Request a New Product
Follow these steps to submit a product request:
- Log into the Crafty Platform.
- Navigate to the Support section in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Submit a Ticket
- Select New Product Request fromthe drop down
- Fill out the form with the product name, description, and any relevant notes.
- Submit!
Once submitted, our team will review and follow up with next steps.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- A Crafty team member will reach out—typically within 24 hours. If we’re experiencing high volume, it may take 1–2 extra days.
- If the product is in stock, we can add it to your lineup quickly.
- If sourcing is required, our team will start working on it. This process can take 2–8 weeks, depending on supplier availability and distribution timelines.
- You’ll receive updates throughout—because clear communication is our jam.
