We pride ourselves on having an amazing selection, but sometimes, we just won't have what you're looking for for your office kitchen and pantry.
Here's how you can request a new product:
- Open up the Support Section of your dashboard.
- Select "New Product Request" and fill out the form!
Easy peezy! From there, our team will triage your request and follow up with you once we've got it scheduled 😀
What happens from there?
First, a member of the Crafty team will be in touch. We aim to get back to you in 24-hours, but depending on traffic and capacity for the day, it may take an extra day or two.
Depending on the type of new product request, we may have a varied timeline for bringing this product in:
- If the product you requested is in stock and available, bringing this new product into your portfolio will be a jiff!
- If the product you requested requires some hunting, we are going to need some time. Some products take a good bit to coordinate bringing them into distribution, and others may move more quickly. This process can take anywhere from 2-weeks to 2-months depending on how special your special request is!
No matter what, we'll keep you posted throughout the process. Communication is the key ingredient, y'all! AMIRITE?!
