Creating and reviewing your support tickets:
Sometimes things don’t go exactly according to plan, and you need a little extra support. Have no fear; Crafty offers full-service support for your pantry, service, and equipment programs! Simply go into the Support Page of your platform and submit a ticket describing what is happening.
How do I create a support ticket?
Our Crafty team is always standing by. Experiencing an issue? The fastest way to get in touch with us is by creating a Support Ticket:
- Log in to your Crafty Platform at app.craftydelivers.com
- Click on the (?) icon to access the “Support” section.
- Click on “Create a Ticket” and fill in the mandatory fields.
What happens after I submit a support ticket?
Our team will take it from there! Tickets are immediately routed to your team. We’re usually in touch within an hour!
While we work behind the scenes on getting your problem solved, you'll be able to see the progress of your ticket and even how long it's been in each stage! Total transparency is our middle name!
Have a question about an outstanding ticket?
You can see the status of your issue on your Platform! See closed tickets by filtering to show “Closed” tickets. If you need to re-open a ticket or it was not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact your Crafty Team.
🔥 Hot tip: Equipment issue tickets can be easily created by scanning the QR code on the equipment that's experiencing the issue!
