Support Ticketing in the Crafty Platform is your direct line to real-time assistance. Whether you're dealing with a service hiccup, equipment issue, or need help with your pantry, submitting a ticket ensures your problem is logged, tracked, and resolved quickly.

 

How does Support Ticketing save me time?

Support tickets streamline communication and resolution by:

  • Routing your issue directly to the right team

  • Offering real-time ticket status updates

  • Helping you avoid back-and-forth emails or delays

How do I use Support Ticketing?

  • Log in to the Crafty Platform

  • Click the (?) icon to access the Support section

  • Select Create a Ticket

  • Fill out all required fields and submit your request

Yes, contact your Crafty Team if the issue wasn’t fully resolved and needs to be revisited.

Where do I track the status of my ticket?
Head to the Support section in the Crafty Platform. You'll see current and past tickets along with their progress.

Can I schedule a service visit through the ticket system?
Absolutely. Equipment service tickets submitted through the Platform are used to coordinate maintenance. Learn more about scheduling a service visit.

Can I submit a ticket for any equipment issue?
Crafty can only service equipment we’ve provided or machines enrolled in our Equipment Program Management (EPM).
