This section was created so you could see an overview of all your account information. It's organized by:
- Personal Information
- Payment Profiles
This includes your name, email address, contact phone number, and your preferred pronouns. If any of your information is missing, let us know and we'll update it for you!
Here you can view and edit your Payment Profiles! A payment profile is simply a specific payment method (i.e. invoice or credit card) that is tied to one or more Accounts. You can see which Accounts a payment profile is tied to by clicking on the blue "Accounts" button on the bottom left hand corner of the payment profile. The Payment Profiles are organized by the most recently used.
You can also see which communication recipients are on the Account by clicking the blue "Communication" button. Communication recipients are users who receive emails about orders and invoices tied to that Payment Profile.
Want to check out that order history? Just click the blue "Order History" button and a new tab will open up the Billing Section with this specific Payment Profile already selected for you.
As you move over to the right side of your screen, you'll see your accounts! Your accounts are organized by City or Region (i.e. Chicago or Bay Area) and then by address and then by suite number and location within the suite.
Here you can see every active account you have with Crafty, all over the globe! to get more information, click into an account location (the blue highlighted ones!)
A popup on the right side of your screen will appear with all the pertinent account info! You'll have your address, communication recipients and below you can either take a look at which payment profiles are associated with the accounts or toggle over to the "Crafty Staff" section and see who your Account Manager is or which operators or Baristas you have on site.
