How to Use the Settings Section of the Crafty Platform
Manage your personal and account-level information, payment profiles, and more—all in one place.
What is the Settings section?
The Settings section provides a centralized overview of your Crafty account, including personal details, payment methods, and account-specific data. It's designed to make managing your information simple and transparent.
How does the Settings section save me time?
By putting key account information and controls in one easy-to-navigate place, the Settings section reduces back-and-forth with support and helps you manage your Crafty program more efficiently.
How do I use the Settings section?
The Settings section is divided into three main areas:
Personal Information
- View your name, email, phone number, and preferred pronouns.
- To update any details, contact Crafty Support, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Payment Profiles
- View and manage all your saved payment methods (e.g., invoice, credit card).
- Each profile displays the linked Accounts—just click the blue Accounts button to view.
- To see who receives communications for each payment profile, click Communication.
- Want to see billing activity? Hit the Order History button to open that payment profile in the Billing section.
Accounts
- On the right side of your screen, you'll see all your active accounts, organized by:
- City or region (e.g., Chicago, Bay Area)

- Click any highlighted account to open a detailed popup with:
- Full address

Scenarios where the Settings section is most helpful
- Need to confirm who receives your office's invoices? Use the Communication view under Payment Profiles.
- Want to verify which payment method is linked to which location? Use the Accounts view.
- Tracking down your Crafty Team or barista? Open any account card and toggle to the Crafty Staff tab.
- Centralizing contact and billing info for easy updates? Start in the Personal Information section.
FAQs
Can I update my contact information myself?
Yes! Navigate to the Settings tab at the bottom left of the Platform. Under "General," click the pencil icon to update your contact details, then hit Save Changes.
Who receives communication for my payment profiles?
Anyone listed under the Communication button for that Payment Profile will receive related emails, such as order confirmations and invoices.
What if something looks off in my settings?

Can I assign new contacts or change who sees invoices?
Absolutely, just send your request to Support and we’ll get everything aligned for you.
