We are so excited to collaborate alongside you during this unique milestone for your business. Crafting a better workplace takes a village and Crafty is here to make it a breeze. Below you'll find a comprehensive overview of our 4-step Onboarding process for new Crafty clients:

Crafty Onboarding (1)

1. Sales Transition

The first step is the Sales Transition, where we ensure all relevant information is transferred smoothly from your Crafty Sales representative to your program team. During this phase, Crafty will align on your program specifics and consolidate all notes, documents, and materials to ensure everyone is on the same page. We will also develop your project plan and calendar, and coordinate your equipment order with our distributors in preparation of our kickoff.

During the first week of your new program, our team will provide Crafty Platform training, followed by a post-implementation review to gather feedback and optimize your program.
