Crafty provides six types of office kitchen and pantry equipment through three flexible options: free with a monthly spend minimum, rental, or purchase. This gives clients the ability to choose based on financial strategy, office longevity, and service needs.

How do I use Crafty’s Equipment Options?

1. Free with Monthly Spend Minimum

Crafty provides equipment at no upfront cost if your contract includes a monthly spend minimum. This minimum is based on the equipment’s cost and applies to all pantry spend across locations.

  • Commitment: 12 months minimum

  • Spend Requirement: Monthly spend minimum, specific to equipment value

  • Ownership: Crafty

  • Maintenance:

    • Preventative Maintenance included

    • Warranty repairs included

    • Additional fees for filters and Onsite Services

2. Rental

Equipment is rented under a 12-month agreement with a fixed monthly rental fee. Clients also commit to Crafty's standard $1,000 monthly spend.

  • Spend Requirement: $1,000 minimum

  • Ownership: Crafty retains ownership

  • Maintenance:

    • Preventative Maintenance included

    • Warranty repairs included

    • Additional fees for filters and Onsite Services

3. Purchase

You can buy equipment outright from Crafty. After delivery and installation, the equipment is yours.

  • Ownership: Client

  • Maintenance:

    • Warranty repairs included

    • Preventative Maintenance kits are required to maintain warranty

    • Filters and Onsite Services billed separately
